Joseph Angelo Falzone, 82, of West Pittston died October 14th, 2026.

Joseph was born in Kingston to Helen Shinkus Falzone and Angelo Phillip Falzone. He was a lifelong resident of West Pittston. Joe joined the Army and after three years of service, returned home and began work in the coal mines, followed by Medico Industries and finally, Diamond Manufacturing, where he worked for over 30 years prior to retirement. In his spare time, Joe enjoyed running, biking, karate, hunting, fishing and riding his motorcycle. He had a personal relationship with Jesus and spread his love of Christ to others.

Joseph was preceded in death by his father Angelo Phillip Falzone, mother, Helen Shinkus Falzone and brother Patrick Falzone.

Surviving Joe are his children, Joseph Berretta of Exeter; Angelo Berretta of Exeter; Tina McLaughlin and husband James of Middletown; Nadine Dreier and husband Joseph of Wyoming; and Heidi Stredny of the Back Mountain; six grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the excellent staff at Highland Manor Rehab and Nursing Center for the exceptional care they provided to Joseph, as well as his niece, Helena Falzone who also helped with his care.

Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
